WE ARE NEVER ALONE
- When we face serious trials, it may feel like we’re alone in a stormy sea, but Jehovah assures us: “I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:10)
- Jehovah promises help through guidance, provision, protection, and comfort.
- Jehovah never forgets or abandons us..., we are truly never alone.

JEHOVAH GUIDES US
- Jehovah does not expect us to guide ourselves; he leads us through the Bible. (Psalm 119:105)
- Scriptural principles help us make wise decisions and develop qualities that lead to happiness and eternal life.
- He teaches us to be forgiving, honest, and loving..., making us better people. (Psalm 37:8; Hebrews 13:18; 1 Peter 1:22)
- Bible accounts show that others have faced similar trials and provide both encouragement and practical lessons. (1 Peter 5:9; Romans 15:4)
- Jehovah uses people to guide us..., circuit overseers, elders, parents, and mature Christian women offer spiritual support and example. (Acts 15:40–16:5; Proverbs 22:6; Titus 2:3-5)
- We show appreciation for Jehovah’s guidance by trusting him with all our heart. (Proverbs 3:5, 6), resulting in a smoother, happier life.

JEHOVAH PROVIDES FOR US- Jehovah blesses our efforts to obtain food, clothing, and shelter (Matthew 6:33).
- He tells us not to be overly anxious..., he will provide for our needs (Philippians 4:19; Hebrews 13:5).
- Example: David never saw the righteous abandoned during hard times (Psalm 37:25).
- Jehovah provides through fellow Christians during disasters..., they offer food, shelter, repairs, and emotional support (Acts 11:27-30; Romans 15:25, 26).
- Even non-Witnesses benefit from this generosity, such as Borys in Ukraine, who was deeply moved by the kindness shown to him.
- We imitate Jehovah by helping those in need, regardless of their beliefs..., this brings joy and may lead some to learn about true worship (Luke 6:31, 36; Acts 20:35).

- His Word helps us discern right from wrong, shielding us from harm. (Hebrews 5:14; Psalm 91:4)
- The congregation is a protective environment, helping us resist harmful influences. (Isaiah 32:1, 2; Proverbs 13:20)
- Although Jehovah has sometimes allowed persecution, he never abandons his faithful ones. (Job 2:4-6; Psalm 9:10)

- He is “the God of all comfort,” offering peace and reassurance during distress. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4; Philippians 4:6, 7).
- The Bible’s words of hope, meetings, and Christian association uplift us during hard times.
- Example: Nathan and Priscilla struggled after moving to serve where the need was greater, but later realized Jehovah had been sustaining them all along.
- Example: Helga in Hungary felt worthless but received ongoing encouragement through the congregation and saw Jehovah’s love in action daily.
- We imitate Jehovah by comforting others..., listening, encouraging, and helping in practical ways. (Proverbs 3:27)
- By doing so, we strengthen fellow believers and may also attract others to pure worship. (Matthew 5:16)

It was so refreshing how the writing committee didn’t sugarcoat things, but instead acknowledged real pain and still was able to give hope. Thank you Jehovah for continuing to refresh your servants.
Jehovah knows that just because I’m struggling, doesn’t mean I’ve failed.
I could relate to the part about comfort. Having lost my best friend last year and honestly I felt like I was in a fog. I remember reading 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 then and feeling something shift. This article brought that memory back and reminded me that Jehovah’s comfort shows up in little ways too, like a text from a loved one or even this article. Thanks for this review.
I liked the point that God uses people to help us. That made me think about my mom and my elders. Both had been there for me!
This was short but strong. I feel better knowing God sees me.
